Refund Policy
Do you want to return a Nananko Knits item you purchased?
If you wish to return/exchange something in your order then please send them back to us within 21 days from the date of receipt.
To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a traceable service and keep hold of your certificate of posting until your refund has been issued. We are not held liable for parcels lost in transit.
If an item was bought during a promotion, we can't guarantee stock availability of the items in the promotion once it has ended. If we no longer have stock of the item you wished to exchange it for, we will refund your order.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an order is returned to us. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 3-5 business days for the payment to clear or up to 24 hours if you paid via PayPal.
All refunds are done using the same payment method used on the original transaction.
