Nananko Knits is a locally owned, designed and produced knitting company and community. 

Our passion is reviving and protecting the age-old craft of hand knitting, carrying it into the future unscathed, untouched. 

Our production follows ancient traditions and practices.  

Our wool and cotton are chosen with care to protect yours and your loved ones’ skin. 

Each piece is hand-knitted individually by women in different villages of Thrace (Trakya)and other regions of Turkey, empowering them in their households and communities.  

Each piece carries within its stitches a tale of tradition, love and hard work.
